After a period of silence…
After a dismal, wet winter, it looks like spring is coming back around and the sun is shining once more. Praise the sun gods! We hope you’re planning on taking advantage of the weather as the seasons change.
Walk the streets, hit the beach, take off your shirt and soak in the sun, because we only get a few opportunities to do that in this cloudy little town.

We have been a bit spoiled…
What is with this unseasonably summer-like weather? Normally we would be lucky to have weather like this even in June and July… But October? Alright, well let’s enjoy it. Our recommendation? Hit up Common Ground Wellness Center on the East Side. The weather is perfect. They may be doing repairs right now but they’ll be open soon.
And this weekend… Forest adventure to Bagby Hot Springs! Let’s do it! A naked corn maze would be superb… but let’s not push our luck.

Got that Summertime Sadness?
Summer’s almost over, you guys. But fear not, Fall is alright, too! Enjoy what’s left of the summer, and then keep in touch with Nurba for more information about what’s going on during the rest of the year!
As always, if you’re interested in working with Nurba, we’d love to hear from you! We’re still looking for a couple of amazing partners to share ideas, profits and fun times. We’re not running a business, we’re just having fun. Tell us about yourself!
Regarding things to do once summer is over… there are lots of great naked events and locations in and around Portland that are perfect for cold weather! Have you tried Bagby Hot Springs? Yes, let’s do that.

Want a job?
Do you live in Portland? Of course you do!
Are you practically unemployed, or so scarcely employed that you would be better off unemployed? Aren’t we all!
Do you like to get naked? We hope so.
Nurba might be looking for a partnership opportunity, for the right individual. Do you like to sell things? Are you competent, passionate, motivated, hard-working, tech-savvy, perfect, cool, up on trends, music-loving, open-minded, tolerant, worldly, wordy, friendly but sarcastic and, most of all, a lover of getting naked?
That’s who we’re looking for. We would prefer someone with a college degree, but we can’t be too picky. We’re not offering a salaried position, but an opportunity to help Nurba grow and share ownership and profits. This is a little secret between you and us: we don’t make any money. We would like to, though, of course. If you think that you could be of help, please send a resume and cover letter (nothing fancy, everyone hates cover letters) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us about yourself, who you are, what you’re here for, why you love Portland, why you like to get naked. We can’t wait to hear from you.

Dearest sun-shiny Portland
At the height of the summer, with possibly as little as minutes left of valuable sun-soaking time remaining, it’s time to get your ass to the beach. Which beach? The naked beach, silly.
How is everyone’s summer going? We can’t wait to hear how you guys are doing. As always, let us know if you know of any cool events going on in town or abroad, and PLEASE, let us know if you want to do some field work for us… for free, as volunteer work, because we don’t make a shit dime sitting around being naked all day.
Feel like posting some flyers?

Have a Happy Rose Festival!
Everybody! It’s Rose Festival time! If you don’t mind wading through a sea of suburban families wandering aimlessly downtown with more children than they know what to do with, go check it out! Also, guess what’s next weekend? World Naked Bike Ride, yo.

Happy first Thursday, Portland!
Now go get yourself a glass of wine and walk around looking at art that you probably won’t buy. :-)
